In our first blog and video about celebrities net worth and investments we are discussing the net worth of Former President of The United States of America Barack Obama.
If you don’t know who Barack Obama is then shame on you. He made $400,000 a year through his 8 years of presidency. When President Barack Obama took office in 2009, he had to make financial disclosures as required by law.
At that time, Yahoo revealed that the President had “$100,000 to $250,000 in a Vanguard index fund that tracks the Standard & Poor’s 500 index and $200,000 to $500,000 in two other low-cost Vanguard index funds.”
President Obama also signed a deal with Netflix he has a production company by the name of Higher Ground Productions. I love the name by the way. The actual amount the deal is worth has never been disclosed so you know it’s worth a pretty penny.
Also the Barack Obama and his wife actually had a book deal back in 2017 worth $65 million bucks. So all in all they do have some boring investments and some exciting business ventures that make them very rich!!
