So let’s go over what I do like about Diversy Fund. They are not a middle man platform.
The properties that are available for investment are actually investments DiversyFund have already allocated money for the project. No middle man fees to pay when you invest.
Your investment will be managed by Diversyfund and your return will come under their ownership alone. This is truly a easy way to diversify your investments.The only bad thing I can see is the minimum is $500 to invest. Most people aren’t willing to risk that amount when first getting started.
