3. No Overdrafts

All transactions that go over what’s in your child’s account will be automatically declined.

4. Custom Tasks

Each task can have its own payout amount. You can set up weekly or one -off chores that either you or your child can mark as complete.

Things You might Not Like About The GoHenry Prepaid Card

1. Limited Loads Per Day

You can only have 3 loads a day. This can cause a problem so plan ahead if your teenager is out and about.

2. Maximum Daily Load Amount

You’re limited to $500 A Day so if you have multiple sub-accounts. Then you need to figure out when you’re doing a big pay out.

3. Can’t Have Two Main Accounts

If you’re not the one that’s going to fund your kids sub accounts then you might want to have your spouse to set up the account because you can’t add two parental accounts.

4. No Options For Divorced Parents

So if you’re Divorced and you both are going to fund the accounts you’re going to have to share the account information. They do have other options called gift links. Which is a feature where the other parent can send up to $350 a month to the kid’s account for free. They just won’t have access to the actual app.

5. Limited Accounts Per Parent.

One parent account can have up to four sub accounts. So if you have a big family then you’re going to have to set up multiple accounts for each Parent.

6. You Can’t Deposit Cash To The Card

You can only deposit money on the card through a debit card and not cash.

Monthly Fee It costs $3.99 a month per account which can add up pretty quickly and this includes sub accounts also. If you want a more in-depth review of the go henry prepaid card check out
