Get some paper and a pen, and write out how you’d describe the best version of yourself.
How would you live?
How would you look?
What habits would you have?
What type of friends would you attract?
How much money would you make?
How would your sex life be?
What would your relationship be like?
Also write down what you are grateful for.
Get as detailed as possible, and then begin working
everyday towards being that best version of you.
Once you know how to describe the best version of you,
You can start breaking down the barriers that keep you from being that person.
When you wake up in the morning read this break down of the life
you want to create and what your grateful for.
Do the same before you go to bed at night.
Stick this routine everyday because
your thoughts guide your actions.
It might feel dumb at first but as time
goes on you will start to create the life you want
But don’t think it’s going to happen overnight.
This is never the case.
It takes time, consistency and belief.
I follow this routine consistently and has
changed my life dramatically for the better.
