So if you’ve been living under a rock or just not paying attention to what’s happening in the world but there is a new world coming. Well, not super new but its called the Metaverse.

Metaverse is going to be the next big thing and I know its a lot of back lash about it. Some people are all for it and some people are saying its going to further disconnect us as humans and its the first step to a society with robotic people that can’t interact with other people naturally.

It might be far fetched and it might not be. Either way this can be a easy money grab for savvy investors that are on top of the trends.

There are 10 companies that you should take a look at and to see if you’re interested to invest in.

The platform I would use is Webull. Its super easy to use and you can invest in a bunch of different stocks and cryptocurrency.

But for the sake of this video we are going to go over the companies knee deep in the Metaverse.

The first one we are going to discuss is Meta aka Facebook

Meta is the catalyst to the whole metaverse and they are really the ones pushing this type of online engagement.

Next we have Roblox.

1Y Return 18.8%

Roblox is ranked as one of the top online entertainment platforms for audiences under the age of 18 based on average monthly visits and time spent.

Their popularity is driven purely by the community with millions of people signing up through word of mouth every month.

Microsoft

Ticker MSFT

1Y Return 50.4%

Microsoft is poised to use Meta as a way to integrate work life with a virtual reality headset.

So instead of going to the office Microsoft will have it where you can have a virtual reality experience at work.

E-commerce giant Amazon has also been muted on its VR plans but could be a big player in the way we shop in the metaverse.

Unity

Ticker U

1y Return 20.9%

Unity Software Inc. (U) is uniquely positioned to monetize the metaverse megatrend with its leading game engine and Weta Digital acquisition. The rise of the metaverse should generate new revenue streams for the company to build digital infrastructure beyond the gaming vertical.

In addition, Unity is also well positioned to participate in the NFT economy. But that’s another topic for another video.

Autodesk

Ticker ADSK

Cloud software firm Autodesk makes programs used by architects and engineers to design and create buildings and products. Its software is also used to build virtual worlds for gaming and entertainment.

I don’t have much information as it pertains to the metaverse right now but it seems to be a big player In the Metaverse world.

Nike

Ticker NKE

In October 2021, the sporting goods giant filed trademarks with the U.S. patent office to sell branded sneakers in a virtual world.

Last month, the company launched an online game zone on Roblox called Nikeland where fans can create an avatar of themselves and play sports in a virtual space.

In its latest foray, Nike said it has acquired digital collectibles company RTFKT Studios, which will allow the retailer to sell virtual sneakers that people can use to outfit their online avatars.

Epic Games

Doesn’t have a ticker symbol and hasn’t dropped a IPO as of yet but be on the look out for this. It’s rumored to be coming soon.

Epic is the company behind video game phenomenon Fortnite, which has moved beyond its core shooting game to social experiences like dance parties and virtual music concerts. Users pay to dress their avatars in different costumes and can build their own islands and games.

Epic also owns a large gaming engine, Unreal, used to develop games and other visual effects like TV show backdrops.

In the years to come.
