When it comes to New Years resolution alot of folks
talk a good game but rarely play it through the 4th quarter.
The average person usually lose their momentum around
the end of the 1st quarter.
I used to have this problem too of not following through
on my New Years resolution until I figured out my own
system of sticking to my New Years Resolution.
so i figured i would share it with my Wealthbuilderz
Step 1. Have a clear cut goal
If your vague with your goals then your results will be
vague too. To acheive anything you must know exactly
what you want.
Step 2. Start off slow
Remember you are in this for the long haul.
As long as you taking steps towards your goals
atleast 2 – 3 times a week everyweek you will acheive
your gaols. Doesn’t matter what the goal is.
Step 3. Focus on one part of the goal
Most people don’t accomplish things because they don’t
know where to begin. So i say focus on a obtainable portion of your goal.
Step 4. Join A Group
Sometimes when you have a specific goal you feel like your the only person in the world wanting to acheive
this goal. But if you find a group of other people that
are into what your into. Its easier then you think to do
this more then ever. You can literally go and search for
type of people you want to network with in a Facebook group and boom you have a group of associetes to keep you
accountable in your journey.
Step 5. Give yourself a Break
Don’t be so hard on yourself
remember this a marathon as the late Nipsey Hustle would
say.
There are going to be some trip ups on the way to your
goal. just pick yourself up and go at it again. Don’t
let a mistake or being a human destroy your whole year.
I feel like if you can follow these steps you will be
successful in sticking to your New Years Resolution this time.
