First business model that I really like is being the middle man. This is the ultimate hands off cleaning business that you can run. You literally find a cleaning company that has a referral program or affilate program. You create ads for this company and pass them customers. Then you get paid when that customer pays for the service.
Second cleaning business model is you actually buy into a franchise and your hire other people to work for you. You let the parent company provide you with the cleaning contracts. You provide the workers. Simple and again you are still something like a middle man but you have more meat on the table.
With both of these business models you become the middle man but your not cleaning a thing. Your just putting together the pieces. Most people think you have to clean and be on sites to make money when starting or running a cleaning business but not so with these type of business models.
