business for that matter you will need to figure
eactly what you need.

With that being said the next thing you will need is
a truck. This part might be the trickiest part
to starting a ice cream truck business because you have
to figure out if your going to sell novaltie ice products only or you going to sell soft serve ice
cream.
The reason is you need to decide what type of equipment
and the size of the truck your going to buy.
There are a bunch of different rules when it comes
working with soft serve ice. More food regulations and
definitely more equipment to buy.
The flip side to being able to sell soft serve ice
cream you will have more options of ice cream to sell.
Next up you need to make sure you have all the necessary
permits and licenses for your business within the state
that you plan to operate in.
Next up we are going to talk about how to market your ice cream truck business.
This another major thing you have to do when starting
a ice cream truck business is advertise it.
I would create fliers with my route times on them
like if I plan on being in a community or location at
a certain time I would place that on my fliers along
with my twitter or instagram information. I would
post on there my locations as i’m arriving in the area
thats so I can alert my customers.
I would also connect with local event planners to have
my ice cream truck at those locations.
Your next expense is having a deep freezer for your
inventory. If you have a house with a garage you can
put your freezer there and store your inventoy there
If you cant afford to purchase a deep freezer you can
rent out space in a commercial kitchen or your local
food commasaries.
All you have to do is Google it and I’m pretty sure
you can find it.

Step 2. Buy a Truck and Decide what you want to sell
Get a deep freezer for your inventory or rent out a
commercial kitchen in your local area to store your
inventory.
