You can also call local insurance companies in your surrounding areas and see if you can become a roadside assistance service provider for them also. Once you start to build your clientele then you should save your money and invest in a towing truck. 

This will help you grow your business slowly and not risk too much up front. Plus you will already be plugged in when it comes to building a book of business. You wouldn’t be starting out from scratch and won’t risk so much capital in the beginning.
