Are you a online marketer? Do you even know what a online marketer is?It’s a person who sells products or digital Products online. So if you sell anything online you are considered a online marketer.

Now that we’ve gotten that out the way let’s talk about the

Online Marketing is a business and a business needs to be worked if you really want to be successful with it. If you treat it like a hobby then you will get paid like a hobby.

   2. Not focusing on a niche.

Everyone hears that you should have multiple streams of income and this true but you must grow one income first before you start to focus on another. Like for instance. My YouTube channel is focused on money and business then using these two things to build wealth. I’m not going to try and start a fitness channel until I get this one to the point of making a certain amount a month.

    3. Not Having A Marketing Budget.

Like I said before online marketing is a business and a business needs a marketing budget. Even if your budget is just $20 a month. You can actually build a business online with that amount. You just have to know how to use that $20 the right way.

    4. Trying to market to friends and family.

This usually happens to those who use Facebook and Instagram for marketing purposes. You have to understand something about your friends and family. 9 times out of ten they want to see you happy and successful but they just don’t want you happier and more successful then them. I know it sounds crazy but this is reality. A stranger online will support you and take you much more serious then someone you know or your family.

    5. You are not consistent

The only way you will see any type of success with online marketing you need consistency. There is no way around that. Your success is determined by your ability to keep producing content and staying power. Especially when things aren’t going your way. Anyone can be consistent when times are good but what makes the difference between winners and losers is the fortitude to push through the bad times to get to the good.

So there it is my top 5 mistakes Online Marketers Make.

But with that being said I have a bonus. My bonus is the mistake Most New Online Marketers Make And that’s not starting a Email list. I know some of you are saying that email marketing is dead but in actuality it’s not. I don’t think it will ever die either. It’s just a little harder then what it used to be but it’s still lucrative and you are hurting yourself If your not using the power of email marketing in your business.
